Terms (english).
Delivery
CAP´S Aarhus A/S (CAP´S) usually ships within 2 or 3 working days, if the ordered items are in stock. However, if the order is made during a weekend or Danish holidays, CAP’S claims the right to deliver within 10 working days. CAP’S may split an order of 2 or more items into multiple shipments, however the customer will be invoiced only once.
Purchase over 1500,-Dkr. outside of Denmark requiers pre-payment of the whole amount by money transfer.
VAT – or not?
If you pay with Dancard, Visa or Eurocard/Mastercard, CAP’S will credit the amount of the purchase price – and nothing more!
The transaction is made through Dansk Internet Betalingssystem (the Danish Internet Payment System). Orders for delivery outside the EU are exempt from Danish VAT, which will be deducted from the price.
Returns policy
If you regret your purchase, you can return the shipment to CAP’S. All items can, when unused and undamaged, be returned within 14 days of receipt, if original invoice is enclosed. The return shipment must be sent carriage-paid. CAP’S will reimburse the full amount by cheque within 14 days.
Claims
If an item is defective or damaged at receipt, it can be returned at no cost for the customer. CAP’S will ship a new item within 7 days of notification. If a new delivery is not possible, CAP’S will reimburse the full amount by cheque within 14 days.

The customer is protected by the Danish Marketing Practices Act (Markedsføringsloven) and the Act Concerning Certain Consumer Agreements (Loven om visse Forbrugeraftaler). All products are sold without any liability for CAP’S. Customers may claim product liability and damages from the producers only. CAP’S cannot be held responsible for delays and errors, except when caused by actions made with intent or by gross negligence. CAP’S does not accept liability for indirect damages. CAP’S assumes that the customer is familiar with these terms of delivery. Any change of the terms will be announced on CAP’S website, http//:www.caps-mc.dk
These terms of delivery apply as of 1 January 2003.
CAP’S makes reservations for errata. Prices are subject to alteration.
